Series # 3

This is the third series in sequential order that is part of our optional home study video exchange certification program. This new series will focus on the success of our home study student/instructors themselves. To make it feasible for everyone to contribute from the convenience of their location, you will see how our home study students foster creativity to bring a variety of body types and experiences of teaching, into this third series. We hope this variety of personalities presenting the material will prove entertaining and informative. We want this series to bring home the ideal of "exalting the common laborer, the true backbone of society." For those of you advanced in the arts, remember that the lineage and authenticity of everything taught is second to none in all kung fu and never before let out professionally to the public before. Enjoy!

  • Finishing Up The Internal Iron Palm Coconut Break Level #1
  1. 18 Daoist Palms Internal Iron Palm Coconut Break Level # 1
    Moving Meditations #3 - #8.
    v

Let our Lohon Shi Fu Michael Styles (our Virginia State Representative) guide you through the rest of the internal iron palm coconut break level #1 fighting moving meditations #3 - #8. In our first series of 10 tapes with Panther Productions, we gave away #1 on the Heavenly Thunder Palms Solo Form Tape, and #2 on the Heavenly Thunder Palms Iron Palm Level #1 Coconut Break Fighting Two-Person Form Tape. These short standing moving iron palm meditations are filled with fighting moves that Shi Fu Styles will share. With these iron palm moving meditations on this one tape, you will have the complete series finished on level #1. These moving meditations pre-date Tai Chi Chuan. They are shorter to learn, easier to remember and just as good or better for health and self-defense. More specifically, these are iron palm coconut break level #1 moving meditations that are mandatory for completing level #1.

  2. 18 Daoist Palms Tibetan Lama Burning Palm Levels #4 - #9.

Lohon Shi Hing Larry Matheny is Secretary Of 18 Daoist Palms and Ohio State Representative. On this special tape, Larry will teach you the rest of Mew Hing's 18 Daoist Palms Tibetan Lama Burning Palm. On our first series of ten tapes with Panther Productions, we introduced you to the first three levels of nine total. This tape will teach you the rest of the levels #4 - #9, that complete the nine levels of this extremely rare type of iron palm that uses no striking procedure, merely the chi kung with herbs to develop. This type of iron palm is for hitting soft spots on the body. It is not meant as a replacement for the ultimate coconut breaking, but nevertheless, it will add to your overall projection of chi and enhance your overall iron palm related curriculum. These are also great for health and contain fighting moves as well. These are practiced at Tai Chi Chuan speed or preferably a bit slower. In a real self-defense situation, a small arsenal of high level moves per form will be developed so as to prove lighting fast and packed with chi during a real self-defense situation.

  3. 18 Daoist Palms Advanced High Level Shattering Palm.

This tape will share a never before let out extremely high level of 18 Daoist Palms Shattering Palm. This high level-shattering palm comes to you as a moving meditation coupled with different striking procedures for hundreds of days. This is not part of the nine levels of Mew Hing's Shattering Palm. This is a different type, a stand-alone program, if you will. This type of iron palm stand-alone program, will enhance any iron palm training without conflict. Originally, according to oral tradition passed down to me, this technique was demonstrated by shattering rocks. Our students with a good foundation in the level #1 iron palm coconut break, find this training to enhance the "shattering" effect of exploding a coconut to pieces. This tape will have historical footage of shattering palm master Soke Ed Brown (a true American breaking champion icon.) Soke Brown holds the world record in many breaks, including 16 red bricks with no spacers or end supports. See a photo of this on the tape! Lohon Keen teaches the procedure and meditations. Jung Shee Lacy also contributes. This tape will share a chi hand conditioning dit da jow formula for the training. Each ingredient will be shown full screen and in color. Pharmaceutical and Pin Yin names for each ingredient along with its weight will be included.

  4. 18 Daoist Palms Level #2 Internal Iron Palm (Palm Break) Procedure And Fighting Form.

For those that finished the level #1 internal iron palm coconut break (ground break), now is your chance to go to the next level #2! Level #1 contained on our first series of ten tapes taught me over a decade ago to break with pillows, towel, support hand, no support hand, on fire, bottom of two, middle of three and breaking ten in a row. Level two procedure is what I used to learn the palm break. I trained a couple of hours a day at the same time for over two years on just this one technique. My documented palm break will be included. The procedure for this type of training is much longer and more tedious than level #1. Lohon Keen will demonstrate the different levels of pushing water up and down, explain the oral tradition of breaking wood floating on the water against the grain from a quarter inch away palm strike and the legend of breaking the boulder in the water with the quarter inch strike. Lohon Keen will explain the science of how the water training accomplishes the riddance of wasted motion. Learning to cut the water in a straight line without wavering, learning how to palm the wood down and back up in the water without having the wood zig zag are some of the principles explained. Breaking a coconut on the palm requires quantum speed obtained through extremely slow pushing of water for hundreds of days at the exact same time. Cleaning up wasted movement increases speed. The iron palm level #2 palm break special dit da jow will also be shown. Color photos of each ingredient will show the Pharmaceutical and Pin Yin names. Each ingredient will have a weight measurement as well! This tape also includes the level 2 iron palm coconut break solo fighting form.

  5. 18 Daoist Palms Level #2 (Palm Break) 9 Moving Meditations.

This tape will have Shi Fu Keen show you the level 2 iron palm coconut (palm break) moving meditations. The nine standing moving meditations all contain iron palm applications. This is authentic iron palm chi kung at its best. All of these share simple mathematical breath control percentage combinations that trigger the chi. Each meditation contains fighting principles related to this level of iron palm. Moving meditations such as these pre-date Tai Chi Chuan. They are shorter to learn, easier to remember and are just as good or better for self defense. The few moves developed in each meditation can explode with chi and ging force with tremendous speed, when practiced as slow or slower than Tai Chi Chuan.

  6. Mew Hing's 18 Daoist Palms Burning Palms (Level 1 & 2)

Mew Hing's 18 Daoist Palms Burning Palms first two levels are explored in this instructional that features Lohon Shi Hing Larry Matheny, System Secretary and eldest ranking student through our home study program. There are 7 levels of this type of burning palm. According to legend, the 7 levels went for about $20,000. I have never let these out to the public before Panther. Lohon Matheny will expertly and meticulously take you step by step through the first two levels of this type of burning palm. This is a higher level of burning palm compared to the Tibetan Lama Burning Palm. Mew Hing's comes with a striking procedure and meditations for each level.

    • Traditional Legendary 18 Daoist Palms Martial/Health Herbal List Formulas

  7. 18 Daoist Palms Herbal Formulas Tape #1

Lohon Shi Fu Thomas Keen of our East Coast Division guides you through the process of using a Chinese scale. He will show you a popular Materia Medica Book on Chinese Herbs and break down five of our traditional formulas. These will include the following:

    • Mew Hing's All Purpose Dit Da Jow (this is a complete breakdown of the iron palm formula we covered in our first Panther series.) The video will show full screen color images of each of the ingredients in all five formulas. As the herb photo is on screen, its Pharmaceutical and Mandarin Chinese name will be shown on screen. This will make cross referencing in a materia medica much easier. Weights in ounces/grams will also accompany each ingredient's color on screen image.

    • Mew Hing's Fung Doe Duk Original Iron Palm Coconut Break Formula. This is one of the original iron palm coconut break formulas left to us from White Tiger founder Fung Doe Duk himself. This is a formula with over 25 ingredients and very old. This is a classical iron palm jow formula.

    • Mew Hing's Health Soup Formula "Six Treasure Soup." This according to legend was White Tiger founder Fung Doe Duk's favorite health soup. This is nourishing soup to balance the body's chi and ability to heal from within by correcting the flow of energy. The ultimate martial health soup to be taken somewhat regularly. It can be simmered with Chinese vegetables or steamed chicken.

    • Mew Hing's Shil Lum Dim Mak Soup Antidote ( 2 formulas.) Our second series on dim mak touched on some dim mak antidotes. These formulas will give complete breakdowns, including photo, Latin and Chinese names and weight of each ingredient.

    • Mew Hing's Shil Lum External Dit Da Jow Dim Mak Formula. Again, this more thorough breakdown will enhance what we touched upon in our second series with Panther that introduced you to dim mak formulas.

  8. 18 Daoist Palms Herbal Formulas Tape #2

Lohon Shi Fu Thomas Keen introduces our Herb Tape #2. This tape will show you how to use a ginseng cooker. Thomas will also show you five herbal formulas different from herb tape #1. The five new formulas are as follows:

    • Mew Hing's Health Soup #2 (also used as a tonic.)

    • Mew Hing's White Tiger Cut Powder (pill and powder.)

    • Mew Hing's White Tiger Iron Palm Basic Dit Da Jow.

    • Mew Hing's Dim Mak Internal Injury Hit Pill.

    • Mew Hing's Bak Mae Dim Mak Antidote Dit Da Jow #3 and #4 (external and internal.)

    • Continuing Our Dim Mak Series:
    • Introducing 18 Daoist Palms White Tiger Dim Mak"

  9. 18 Daoist Palms White Tiger Dim Mak - 40 New Points

This video is still in production. We currently have the Documents/Paperwork Only for $30.00 US
    (No Video Yet - Sorry)

Our first introduction to 18 Daoist Palms White Tiger Dim Mak, will introduce you to 40 new points, times and effects according to legend. Our first series on dim mak introduced you to the meditations and fighting forms of the Buddhist Shi Lum Dim Mak and the Daoist Immortal's Blood Heaven's Chi Dim Mak. We shared about twenty points on the upper body that these two systems shared in common, as well as a few extra points around the shoulder area that the Daoist system had extra. This tape will share 40 new points, times and effects for this new 18 Daoist Palms White Tiger Dim Mak. Once again, we can thank Shi Hing Dr. Lindsay Anglen, our Missouri State Representative for his generous contribution on breaking down these new points in his usual thorough and meticulous manner. In our last dim mak series Dr. Anglen not only broke down the over twenty points, he also contributed the Panther tape #7 in our last series on dim mak called "Scientific Chi Analysis." This year we are fortunate to have custom dim mak point charts drawn by Kentucky State Representative Shi Fu Bill Adams. With this long but necessary reference tape on the nuts and bolts of where the 40 new points are, as well as what happens when they are hit at certain times, will set the tone for visualization prior to us introducing the fighting meditations and the fighting forms. Jung Shee Lacy will narrate this tape.

  10. 18 Daoist Palms White Tiger Dim Mak Meditations Plus Martial Applications.

This masterpiece by Lohon Shi Fu Adam Bottorff is the root or first tape to start. Adam will lead you through the seated preparatory White Tiger Dim Mak Meditation, followed by a very lengthy stationary dim mak standing moving meditation. Lohon Bottorff gives great breakdowns of the martial applications and shares his personal experiences of the finer points of learning to use this material effectively. Dim Mak forms as these are much more complex than our former dim mak meditations. These are advanced and lengthy. The prior tapes will lay a great foundation. You will notice that this lengthy standing dim mak meditation is totally stationary from a horse. At this advanced level, it is about already being in the eye of the hurricane, and merely needing to angle on whatever presents itself, following the principle "you don't attack, I don't defend."

  11. 18 Daoist Palms White Tiger Dim Mak Fighting Form #1 -
    "Sparrow Returning To It's Perch"

Not too many martial artists have been exposed to authentic five elder dim mak fighting forms. In my opinion these are the most compact, most advanced in close fighting forms you'll ever see. Again, these are hand-oriented forms that are traditional dim mak forms. More stationary than wing chun. Over 170 hand moves in this one form. In a nut shell … these type of forms are about angulation, mental intent of intensity and subconscious memory of not only the 40 new points in this series, but the over 20 in our first series. In true kung fu, one roots with the feet and fights with the hands. The iron palm coconut break, unstoppable punch, iron claw and heavy horse training have all led up to making the moves in this form effective. This tape features our 18 Daoist Palms White Tiger Dim Mak Fighting Form called "Sparrow Returning To It's Perch." Our  Shi Fu Michael Goebel performs it. Michael is featured with his father Gunther helping with the breakdowns of each move. Michael was 16 years old when he put this tape together for us. He is our Germany Representative, has been studying from a very young age, and will inspire young and old, novice and advanced.

  12. 18 Daoist Palms White Tiger Dim Mak Fighting Form #2 -
    "Monk Disrobing"

This tape will pick up with a special twist on tape number 11. Shi Fu Goebel will start off by sharing the second 18 Daoist Palms White Tiger Dim Mak Fighting Form # 2 called "Monk Disrobing." As a bonus at the end of the second form, Lohon Anthony Brooks will re-do the first dim mak fighting form that you saw on tape #11. The reason I am doing this is to open your eyes into the inner workings of our home study video exchange certification program. I want to show you someone twice Michael's age, from a different part of the world. My reason for this is to show the average viewer how different personalities and body types learn and teach a form. There is always room for subtle unique creative interpretations. Each person's martial background will come to the fore in his or her enthusiasm to share with you, the Panther customer. I think you will enjoy this special addition, in what could otherwise be a separate tape on its own under the title "comparison tape."

    • Continuing Basics In Series #3

  13. 18 Daoist Palms Conditioning Drills & Wooden Dummy Applications

This tape will give you different advanced basics, not covered in our first series of ten tapes with Panther Productions. In our first series of ten tapes with Panther, we covered basics on a broad basis within our first tapes # 1 - # 3. Lohon Keen and members of our East Coast Division share some basic stance drills, including low horse, crane stance and crane stance kick-out drills. Also learn several three star forearm conditioning two-person drills. Lohon Keen will also share with his student/instructors, three rare two-person mantis hand drills. These are followed by some punching drills and applications on the wooden dummy.

  14. Upper Body Strength Training & Shaky/Vibrating level # 2 Standing Moving Meditation

Let one of our Georgia State Representatives, Lohon Mac Waters show you a level #1 shaky/vibrating palm chi kung warm up as a preparation to hitting the gym. This shaky/vibrating palm is the first of nine levels we will eventually let out with Panther.

Lohon Waters has a wrestling background and has won many bare knuckle championships. He is Jung Shee Lacy's student and personal strength coach. With all you have learned in our many tapes up to now, you have the perfect background to begin a strength program. Iron Body is not good enough by itself. You need to develop weight lifting techniques for real power to add to the chi and iron body development. Lohon Waters' shares tips that made him a champion in the bare-knuckle arenas. Let him guide you improve your upper body strength with simple equipment that will save you money. Learn Mac's finer points on bench pressing, dumb bell work and dips for the triceps. Whether a beginner at strength training, or a pro, you are sure to enjoy this informative and substance packed tape. As a bonus at the end, Shi Fu Stephen Pekular will share the shaky/vibrating level # 2 standing moving meditation.

  15. 18 Daoist Palms White Eyebrow Two-Person Push Hands

What internal system of kung fu would be complete in its basics curriculum without at least an orientation into two-person push hand forms? This push hand tape done by Lohon Thomas Keen of our East Coast Division and his talented brother/sister student instructors, will share three authentic 18 Daoist Palms White Eyebrow Push Hand Two Person Forms. You will see these nowhere else. These are authentic bak mae push hands. The three two-person forms are shown in their entirety from different angles and with breakdowns of the applications. The third form shows the grappling aspects, as well as groundwork not often seen in push hand forms available to the public. This is a tape for the beginner just learning about push hands as well as the 30 year practitioner looking for lineage and substance, the likes they have never seen before. This new series will set standards for substance packed on individual tapes. Learning these sensitivity drills will enhance the concept of using your opponent's force to your advantage, teach set-up moves for blocks, strikes, locks, levers and pressure point or dim mak attacks. The third form will allow you to practice some of the groundwork basics we covered in the first three Panther tapes of series #1, and introduce you to some practical grappling moves.

  16. 18 Daoist Palms White Eyebrow Instructional Tape #1

Our Canadian Representative Lohon Richard Shergold has put together a great substance packed introduction instructional on our 18 Daoist Palms White Eyebrow Tape #1, in what will be an on going series. I am including it in the basics section of new material for several reasons. First off, this tape will share some new traditional White Eyebrow stretch routines not covered in our previous tapes. Learn six different stretch routines unique to the bak mae system within 18 Daoist Palms. Learn some of the white eyebrow footwork and some useful warm up techniques that develop the special ging needed to perform and apply the principles of white eyebrow. Learn two complete solo white eyebrow forms named Gic Bow Kuen and Devil's Claw. Lastly, learn a short staff form called Tiger #1. This tape will usher you into our next section of new releases.

  17. Nine Step Continuous Fist

Sage Rylander takes you through this first of a series of tiger step forms. In this series of tiger step forms, one will be exposed to a variety of beginner to advanced forms. These are 18 Daoist Palms’ White Tiger forms. This form is basic, but not as basic as say chong bow kuen. Sage does the form all the way through and from different angles. You will then see the form broken down into sections done slow for learning purposes. Applications follow. See applications slow and fast. No sound on this section; not really needed. You won’t find this authentic form easily. Authentic Five Elder kung fu at its best. Darren Henson assists with the production, including breakdowns with Sage. This tape also includes a legendary formula revolving around silkworm dit da jow for arthritis; (according to legend only, no medical values claimed.)

  18. Advanced 18 Daoist Palms Iron Body

In our first series of 10 tapes with Panther, we showed you the basic golden bell for inner iron forearm conditioning, and the more advanced iron body "ba ting gum" tape. Multiply the complexity and intensity of those two foundation iron body routines by a factor of 10, and you will perhaps get a vague idea of how much more advanced and physically challenging this new "Advanced Iron Body" tape is. Shi Fu Bill Adams, our Kentucky State Representative has almost 30 years in the martial arts. Bill is an internationally known artist and specializes in martial arts art work. The background artwork are his as is the music presented. This is one of my personal favorites in this new series. This form has never been professionally available to the public. It is truly priceless. Bill does the entire form and then breaks down the individual moves with his talented son. This tape puts the finishing touches on our new "continued basics" series section of new titles.

    • 18 Daoist Palms "Secret" Forms

  19. 18 Daoist Palms Snake Fist

This is an effective 18 Daoist Palms Secret Solo Fighting Form with applications. 18 Daoist Palms has training forms, regular forms, secret forms and super secret nerve hitting forms. The form is broken down in sections giving you valuable creative self-defense applications.

  20. 18 Daoist Palms Monkey Form (Hou Kuen)

This is a form that requires the use of low sweeps and rolls. There are valuable tips to make this form easier to learn in sections. Learn creative and practical breakdowns and cover different angles. See the use of a water bag to demonstrate some of the ways to get the feel of contact when having to practice alone. Hou Kuen is not a training form or regular form. It is a "secret" form that was traditionally not taught outside the family. It is more subtle as a nerve striking form.

  21. 18 Daoist Palms Eight Fairies Fist

This is another "secret" 18 Daoist Palms Solo Fighting Form. You will enjoy the material all the way through slow and from different angles. Learn through slow example, the more difficult moves and then learn how to apply each move against the water bag. What is nice about these forms is the fact that they are high level, from great lineage and the first time the entire world is seeing them through Mew Hing Productions.

    • 18 Daoist Palms "Secret Moving Meditations" For Health & Self-Defense

  22. Four High Level Moving Meditations

Lohon Shi Fu Georgia Representative Richard Ebbrecht will teach four high level standing moving meditations on this one tape! These cost me hundreds each! The names of the four meditations are as follows:

    • "Monk Viewing The Night Moon."

    • "Goddess Spreading Her Flowers."

    • "Lohon Palms."

    • "Emperor Of Heaven Holding Up The Pagoda."

  23. 18 Daoist Palms Chi Projection

Our East Coast Division Representative Lohon Shi Fu Thomas Keen takes you through these two rare seated moving meditations to develop what is referred to as chi projection. I paid $200 each for these two. Those of you who have read articles of my experiences seeing my former teacher move paper in enclosed cups, forward, backward and circularly without making contact, using vibration only, will appreciate learning these two valuable meditations. These will balance chi for health. The moves are martial if you take the time to visualize and have a good background in basic blocks, strikes, punches, traps and locks. These can be done on the couch or your favorite easy chair.

    • 18 Daoist Palms Weapons

  24. Mew Hing's 18 Daoist Palms Five Dragon Ba Qua Staff Solo And Two Person Form

See classic footage of Jung Shee Lacy going over the solo form in detail. Next, see Lohon Keen and his student do the solo and two person. This is a great staff form. It is full of practical self-defense moves. The form can be done with long, medium or short staff. Even a short stick or the arm itself can be used with slight modifications and proper gap adjustments for the four different body types of taller and stronger, taller and weaker, shorter and stronger and shorter and weaker. This form has plenty of practical self defense applications. Finding a traditional five elder staff form complete with two-person is a rare find indeed!

  25. Mew Hing's Clouds In Heaven Slow Moving Meditation Solo Single Sword (Gim) And Two Person

See Jung Shee Lacy take you through the solo form in depth within a small space. Next, see Lohon Keen and his student Mary go through the solo and two-person from different angles. This form can and should be done as slow as Tai Chi Chuan or its forerunner Moving Meditation. Nevertheless, once in awhile it is good to try mixed tempos of speed. Just the staff form or any form for that matter, learning to do the form with the eyes closed is a higher level to aspire to, as is learning any form in reverse or from any point of the form. Different size weapons and the weight of the weapon will enhance the experience as will time of day, terrain, weather and clothing.

  26. Mew Hing's 18 Daoist Palms Sample Weapons Tape

Lohon Keen demonstrates the Red Lotus Spear, Axes and staff. Lohon Earl Cranor then takes you through 18 Daoist Palms Single Sword (Gim) Solo Form called "Plum Flower Sword."

  27. Mew Hing's 18 Daoist Palms Archery For Martial Artists by Shi Fu Stephen Knopp

This tape was produced in the beautiful rain forest of Washington State. The quality of this tape was one of our best in this new "third" series of home study material for Panther. Archery has been a weapon of many martial traditions for thousands of years. To my knowledge this is by far the finest Archery For Martial Artists instructional for both beginner and advanced to be found anywhere. This is a long tape and substance packed. The breathtaking scenery and quality of instruction will amaze you. Shi Fu Knopp makes these weapons by hand using Bamboo and Yew wood. Shi Fu Knopp personally hand crafted bows and arrows for my wife Karin and I. I have enjoyed archery since my teens. I consider Stephen to be my archery guru. Let him take you through a martial arts archery course from A to Z. Learn history, types of bows, archery equipment, how to string and unstring different bows using several methods. Learn maintenance tips and a variety of shooting precautions. Stance shooting, multiple shooting, target (mandala) shooting, blindfolded shooting, instinctive method of shooting and catching arrows are shown and explained. Shi Fu Knopp plays the guitar and David McArthy and Suzanne Nichols help with the new age music. Steven's students participate in the demonstration of shooting. This tape focuses on the traditional Long Bow.

    • 18 Daoist Palms Wing Chun

  28. 18 Daoist Palms White Tiger Wing Chun Tape #1

Yes, we have our own version of wing chun that was passed down to me in its pure five elder lineage, and yes, this is the first time you are seeing it go public through the industry leader, Panther Productions! This tape #1 of three, covers one of two versions we have of the three traditional wing chun forms. Learn version #1 of Sil Lim Tao ("Little Imagination"), first wing chun form. See picture in picture, different angles and examples of the many breakdowns. The second form is Chum Kil "Searching For The Bridge.". The third form of this first version of the three classic forms is called Bil Jee "Flying Fingers."

  29. 18 Daoist Palms White Tiger Wing Chun Tape #2

This tape will take you through an entirely different version of the same three classic forms, plus introduce you to the rare never before let out "wing chun kicking form." Also get breakdowns, and leg maneuver applications.

  30. 18 Daoist Palms White Tiger Wing Chun Tape #3

This tape will have Lohon Keen demonstrate how to make your own wooden dummy. He will also show you two different wooden dummy forms. This is a great value tape. Short, to the point and substance packed with two five elder wooden dummy forms never before let out professionally until this Panther series.

  • Newest Additions
  1. 18 Daoist Palms/Defense Applications.

Lohon Mac Waters shows how he integrates 18 Daoist Palms with what he has learned fighting other arts in wrestling and bare knuckle environments. He will share some techniques and principles with a student in a park setting.

  2. Mew Hing's Nar Jar Kuen.

This tape Nar Jar Kuen is considered another of Mew Hing's "secret" forms, in other words; more complicated in its subtle favoritism toward nerve angulation attacks. Again, a form usually kept from father to eldest son, or Elite Two Helpers and 18 Lohon of Mew Hing's 18 Daoist Palms System. Nar Jar was a "child boy from heaven, sent to help with good.

  3. Five 18 Daoist Palms Chi Kung Forms.

Lohon Ebbrecht doing the next five sequential high level 18 Daoist Palms Chi Kung Regular forms. The first four he did on a tape called Mew Hing Chi Kung and Herbs. These are rare and unique to the 18 Daoist Palms System. With these five new standing moving chi kung half of the 18 will be done on video.

  4. Two Cancer Meditations (seated / moving.)

These are according to legend only! We make no medical claims. As in any exercise program, consult your physician. These two meditations are seated with hand movements. You may inquire about the two herbal soup formulas recommended to go with this type of training (according to tradition). The meditations were traditionally valued at $1000 each. The herbal formulas (2) were also legendarily valued at $1000 each! Lohon and System Secretary of Defense, Shi Hing Larry Matheny, does a great job with poised movements and different angles.

  5. Two $40,000 Advanced Standing Moving Chi Kung.

Let Shi Fu Jeff Remer share two of the 18 Daoist Palms most expensive chi kung. These are two from a series of five that will eventually be let out. Legend and tradition within the 18 Daoist Palms System holds that these extremely rare chi kung for health and self defense (all the moves are martial,) were valued at $40,000 each.

  6. Jujitsu Basics

18 Daoist Palms' Hall of Fame friend, Grandmaster Joe Phillips and a couple of his students cover jujitsu basics that compliment what we touched upon in my first few Panther tapes. Joe has a way of taking you through a basics class as if it were an instructional seminar just for you. No matter what your background; aiki, karate, judo, jujitsu, Ninjitsu, submission grappling, Greco/Roman, free style, street, shoot, WWF or what ever, this tape will show that the simple is the most profound. Good solid universal basis you can built on with any of the great arts mentioned above.

  7. Coconut Breaking Demonstration Tape:

Student demonstrations of various experiences with breaking coconuts after their training. Many of you have voiced an interest in seeing footage collected over the years of my students doing coconut breaking. It is fun to witness the individuality of each person and the unique profound ways in which the experience of going through this training enhanced many areas of their lives. This is truly interesting footage that you will treasure. It will answer many of your questions you have had about coconut breaking.

  8. Chong Boe Kuen and Lung Ying Kuen *
*(Two complete forms on one tape!)

This is the second in Sage Rylander’s "Tiger Step" series which include a variety of our 18 Daoist Palms white tiger forms. As mentioned previously, these tapes will bring you a closer look at our basic, intermediate and advanced white tiger "fast internal" fighting forms with breakdowns. This tape includes two tiger step forms. Chong Boe Kuen is basic but profound. It lays a foundation for developing the "ging" needed. Long fist techniques help the beginner to understand kinimatics and how the traditional "seven star" concept of developing power works. Later on it becomes easier to develop the more advanced short fist, by tightening up the circles. The second form on this tape is called Lung Ying Kuen. Lung Ying Kuen is a bit more advanced. This tape includes an authentic herbal list with photos, names in Phamaceutical and Chinese Mandarin (Pinyin.) Weights are also included. Jung Shee Lacy contributes a standing high-level iron palm meditation.

  9. Mew Hing's 18 Daoist Palms "Shaky / Vibrating Palm" - Level 1 & 2 & Fire Palm Level 1

See the first two levels of Mew Hing's 18 Daoist Palms "Shaky / Vibrating Palm". There are seven chi kung levels or forms to this series. These are high-level hand chi producing standing/moving meditations. All the moves have martial meaning. Like the Tibetan Lama Burning Palm 9 levels, these also have no external striking procedure in and of themselves. Nevertheless, they compliment iron palm, dim mak, psychic destruction and healing.

  10. Women's Self-Defense Techniques

Women's Self-Defense is all about giving you a workout of everyday self-defense techniques that you can master. Each of the 20 or so techniques is a separate lesson. Lohon Keen works with our International Women's Division Representative Black Sash Christine Hurschman. Chris' husband Lohon Richard Hurschman Jr. narrates the intricacies. Gun, knife, purse, body grabs and strike attacks are covered for variety. All the techniques are very valuable because they are authentic to 18 Daoist Palms and are unchanged. Classic techniques from common situations from a lineage you can be proud of.

  11. One Finger Burning Palm

Lohon, Shi Dai (3 year) Shi Fu Adam Bottorff shares with you the rare never before let out "Shil lum Mt. One Finger Burning Palm." This is a moving meditation that repeats for a 20 minute or so workout. It comes with its own seated preparatory meditation.

According to legend this is an iron palm system in itself. We call it moving meditation because it is older than Tai Chi Chuan as well as being a relic of the famous Shil lum Mt. Temple at Fukien. It is done at 6 am in the morning (facing east) for best results. The legendary effects of mastering this form were to be able to selectively leave a palm print through five persons, (front, back or internal organs.)

This training must be done as a commitment unto itself; in other words, one should be prepared to give this training at least two years of everyday training at the same time. In modern times the technique’s effect is not demonstrated on humans. Rather, like other "iron palm" types, the true litmus is how it will enhance the true "hidden art of kung fu…coconuts! Nevertheless, do not forget that just going through the training is  sufficient. One need not break coconuts necessarily. Some professionals cannot afford to injure their hand, but still want to go through the training for emergency self-defense. Even if they don’t practice breaking, the chi will balance, and the individual will have raised not only their striking ability to soft spots on the body, they will also have developed more chi in their hands to heal with.

  12. Five Rare High Level Chi Kung Forms

Shi Fu Jeff Remer has finished the 18 Daoist Palms series of five rare (legendarily worth $40,000 each!), high level standing moving chi kung.
