Articles

In 1982 Lacy made the cover of San Diego County's Chula Vista Star News with his program to help senior citizens. In 1985 Lacy started his weekly column called "Martial Arts Talk" in San Diego's oldest and largest military newspaper on the West Coast called the San Diego "Navy Dispatch / At Ease", now in its 38th year. His column has run weekly for over a decade. 

Regular columns on the East Coast include "Action Martial Arts News" out of Brooklyn, New York and "Karate Voice" out of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. The following list includes articles in major national and international publications.
