18 Daoist Palms’ White Hair Fist Push Hands 1 - 3.
These were learned by Grandmaster Brian Adams in the early 70’s along with his student Master
Larry Taylor. They were re-done for us by Dave and his sister Sue Grey. I narrate these.
There are three two-person push hands forms from the White Hair System. Those of you wanting
to get the most out of these should be black belt level or equivalent for best results. Prior
Tai Chi Chuan or Push Hands…even moving meditation or hay gung, should allow you the better to
be able to see the subtleties that abound in these three classic push hand forms. The clips
have them doing the forms much faster for download purposes. Understand that push hands should
be practiced very slowly like Daoist Moving Meditation. So slow that you; breathe in and out
slow on each move several times if need be. To do just one side should take five minutes.
Don’t forget that you also need to know the other person’s side. With time, begin to practice
against different body types and terrain. Try different locations, weather and clothing.
Eventually do it in the dark and then blindfolded. *Note: Two-Person Push Hands 1 is upright
and works the upper body hands. Set 2 is short but adds some footwork and new ‘twists.’ Set 3
is long and very special in that many interesting grappling upper body reversals are shown.
It is unique compared to most push hand forms.

18 Daoist Palms’ Second Nine High Level 1 and 2 Seated Iron Palm
Coconut Break Moving Meditations. These are the 2nd 9 that Panther did not get from the
series of 18 High Level 1 and 2 Coconut Break Seated Moving Meditations. My former teacher
valued these at $2000 each or $36,000 for all 18, according to legend. This is footage
originally shot in 1991, by myself with me doing the meditations. It was originally mastered
in SP mode. I inadvertently erased over my master copy. A student I had sent a copy to in SLP
mode copied that to send me. It is old and 3rd generation, but it is me teaching and the
footage is too rare to waste. If you have any reservations whatsoever, don’t buy. On the
other hand if you see it my way, as learnable and narrated by me, plus the lineage, you will
agree it is a good deal for a $10 download. At worst there is a glitch here or there. If you
are a legitimate black belt or black sash level you should be able to learn these fine.

18 Daoist Palms’ White Tiger Flying Phoenix Heavenly Healing Chi Level
#2. These are meditations for health and self defense. Those of you that are familiar with Terry Dunn’s fine series on Level #1 will recognize the name albeit these are level #2. You don’t need level #1 to start #2, but I highly recommend you buy, collect and learn Master Dunn’s level #1.
The footage on these clips is 15 frames per second at 320x240 medium resolution. Remember, we
have always been home quality/best substance. It keeps us on the cutting edge because we don’t
wallow in the mire. Each of these meditations has my narration explaining the breath control.
Each meditation requires doing 5 minutes of combined breath control from a stationary posture
with regular breathing after. The form is done so slow as to take five minutes to do one time
all the way through. This takes practice. Beginners shoot for three minutes and work up to
five. The moves are learned with the eyes open and then done with the eyes closed. There are a
total of ten sections we will eventually have up as download shot clips. This first section is
the first nine and they are standing moving meditations. The names
