"Clouds In Heaven" - All purpose external dit da jow breakdowns

18 Daoist Palms' High Quality Padding/Dit Da Jow All Purpose External Liniment Formula. The ingredients and weights pertaining to this formula were $150 to fill. One package is ground into a powder and another package used to make a half-gallon of dit da jow. A good padding or poultice will have the jow made from the same formula as the powder. A warm paste was applied about a quarter inch thick on gauze, and then wrapped around the bruise, sprain, strain, (broken, splintered or bruised bone injuries as well.) Paper tape and Ace bandage can be used to wrap with. Being an 'all-purpose' type of external jow, this formula would be 24 times more expensive than an average good all purpose dit da jow. The all purpose capacity allows it to be used for three star, roller bar, grab bag, wooden dummy training, iron palm training and to use on the hands before meditation. This formula also can work as an external cut powder for scrapes. One $150 package will make a half-gallon of very strong jow. Age in a glass gallon container for 90 days minimum, even longer (years) for best results.

Tiger bone and bezoar (cow galstones) and other elements of the original 300 year old formula, can be substituted. We list and photo for historical purposes only. These are legendary 'martial lineage' formulas. We make no medical claims. Always consult your western and eastern doctor as well as a licensed Chinese herbalist for doses for you body type, ingredients to substitute and warnings of any contraindications or potential side effects with your personal health condition and any medications or diet you may be on. Keep away from pets, children, fire, excessive heat, mucous membranes and from spilling on clothes or carpet. Wash hands with soap and cold water after training.
