Greetings fellow Action Martial Arts Magazine loyal readers!

It is winter at 3500 feet elevation in San Diego County where I live in the rural unincorporated area. It is so nice to almost be done with a 15-year mortgage on these 2.57 acres in the sun and good air region of the county.

Natural disasters hit here as they did around the country. The weather was harsh and it was a wake-up call. I have always said that weather was the most intelligent topic of discussion on a daily basis. It affects everything we do; before modern TCM, dim mak was based on sei-sun or the dimming and lightening in nature and observing the signs and shadows. Signs we can see as Chinese astrology to tracks in the sand or observance of our surroundings. For decades I have been saying life is progress and that ‘true metaphysics’ are in the 1000 truisms we call fifth epochal revelations. No grandmaster in history ever proclaimed The Urantia Book as The Fifth Epochal Revelations before me. This is for two reasons; the papers only got to America in the 30’s and were sat on until the first 10,000 copies were printed in 1955. Although a Chinese version is in the works, how many system leaders do you know or have even heard about helping to spread it? I was the one chosen to bring it into the martial arts because I have the certainty of personal experience, fighting since 1955 and with 37 years of studying these truisms and latest revelations. The late Grandmaster Ed Parker and I would talk for hours about The Urantia Book. He said my black belt thesis was the best he had ever seen. We were so close spiritually as kindred spirits, that even though he would say “watch out for that guy,” or things of this nature, we never resorted to gossip nor did we stray much from Jesus or commerce. We both knew Holy Spirit within quite personally and yet because of that kindred spirit we shared concerning Jesus, we rarely spoke of it afterwards, as we wanted to unify the world of martial arts.

To this day, his series on martial arts basics in the “Infinite Insights into Kenpo” remain the most perfectly meticulous cultural writing on the earth concerning ‘basics’ for the western body type, bar none. I was the one that introduced the late Grandmaster Ed Parker to The Urantia Book. By sheer wavelength compatibility, I was able to disseminate some of the truisms in such a manner that we could both relate to it in agreement concerning its application in our further search for truth in the martial arts. The best we could come up with was an agreement that “commerce trumps sophistry.” Ponder that deep fellow readers! Thank you Mr. Parker for always being a thought away and for helping me from the spirit world of Jesus, share this for our readers.

The law of reciprocity is important. To give is more blessed than to receive. I recently had a private meditative talk with my Holy Spirit and asked God – if I do not have much money to give, can I use thoughts and my own skills? The answer of course was yes! This means that we all can do better commerce by applying the law of reciprocity each day by tithing our skills (10%). When we do this, we open the vortex to receive from others. This process quantums since God is the real bank. It means that by simply giving a bit of our time to a new student or old student, we can progress in all areas while being privy to the inner peace that comes through unselfish service to our family, friends, neighbors, communities and thus the world and beyond. After we tithe others, we tithe ourselves. We do this later to remember that God is the bank. Word of mouth and heart to heart; we cannot be beat at commerce.

The reason for this is the underlining ‘truism.’ First off, the only ‘certainty’ is personal experience. The heart chakra is where we all meet in the ‘middle’ so to speak. Once we have the courage tempered with reason ourselves down pat, we can look into another’s eyes…”the portal to their soul,” and share real truth for the big brain, and small truth for the little brain. I am the self-proclaimed spokesperson who will be the answer person when it comes to us martial artists wanting to progress in Light and Life. I will not take credit, but rather suggest we are all spiritually equal in God’s eyes. My own religion is the “I’am.” I come not to destroy the old or new testaments, but rather to exalt them and add The Urantia Book as the final 1000 revelations to reveal in time to you. His world is made up of many types of people, and yet we all that I deal with in my business share the love of martial arts as a bonding influence. You have so graciously allowed me to express myself as a Grandmaster of my art. You want someone with answers, not someone with a whining or sniveling agenda. You want a leader that can achieve constantly all the days of his life. You want to hear the truth as I see it because you all respect what I have accomplished in a lifetime of fighting and going through the institutions. By the way, the later is part of the certainty of experience thing, and as Grandmaster Ed Parker said: I have much to offer in these times that confront us as “he has seen both sides of the law.”

This column is to remind you that when one walks with Holy Spirit and is not ashamed to mention Jesus, martial arts are improved. One of the biggest Christian expansions is in Asia! I did not want a Chinese or Asian “grandmaster” coming out to help reach the American martial arts community before me. I am an American whose father was in WW2. I was born before we entered the era of Korea and other ‘police’ action stuff where we no longer would bust a nuke cap to win. We win now because our government has deep understanding of The Urantia Book. They also are aware it has reached other languages, like French, Spanish, Russian, Chinese…and growing! So, without further redundancy let me just say that I have arrived at the core of my mission, which is to put back “real metaphysics” into the fighting arts I love so dearly and that represent my form of ennobling work, worshipful play and of course the bottom line of commerce. My contribution to the understanding of my race and the understanding of energy and matter – “chi” is too long for this column, but can be found on my site under ‘recent articles.’ I will break down the origin of all the colored races as well as give you reality checks on the major religions and Godless philosophies in time. Let this article merely pave the way so that the groundwork is laid for what I will be sharing. I will not condescend nor talk down. I believe in all of you and your ability to discuss some of the deeper aspects of energy and other topics related to the arts.
