*Seminars Are One To Two Days – Book by Appointment on as little as 5 days notice. A non-refundable consultation phone call to me directly is mandatory. Consultation calls are an hour and determine whether you will be accepted. Written and e-mail applications are precursors to the consultations by phone. In other words; write first stating when you will e-mail. The written letter should be no more than two pages typed and double spaced. The first page should be your resume and the second page your reasons for wanting to train. If you hear from me via regular postal mail, and I indicate you might meet the standards; that would then be my recommendation to opt for a phone consultation via PayPal or other arranged means. The consultation is non-refundable and costs $100 via PayPal or other arranged means. If you pass my standards by phone consultation, you will be allowed to book a seminar with me for the weekend. If all you have is one day, things are compressed but the price is the same, $1800 per person. I only allow for one student per seminar, unless it is a couple. Seminars are thus limited to one or two individuals. There is no discount for couples.

Seminar attendees get five hours of intensive training and a three hour review. Attendees are responsible for booking their own accommodations and supplying their own food.

Day 1 – Five hours of training in Heavenly Thunder Palms Solo Iron Palm Fighting Form. Three Qigong Iron Palm Meditations, ‘Breaks,’ Herbal Identification of Iron Palm Dit Da Jow and Padding, Use of Roller Bar to develop the Unstoppable Punch and Grab Bag to develop the Iron Claw. A few Dim Mak Points and a few Chin-Na Applications included with normal move by move martial applications. Learn to work the different body types to make the techniques in the form work by learning to adjust the ‘gap’ to hit appendages.

• The last three hours are spent in review – question/answer and eating at the local Indian Gaming Casino with hook-ups for laptop computer users. I include the teaching of filming and editing our training during these relaxed three hours. When day one is done, attendees book in for the night at the famous Jacumba Spa. The Spa has its own mineral hot springs pool and Jacuzzi to unwind year round. Rooms there are reasonable. The Spa is walking distance to the Senior Center, small town store, Laundromat, Post Office and a Public Library. Jacumba also has its own private airport!
  

Day 2 – The first five hours of day 2 involve learning the rare Heavenly Thunder Palms’ Two-Person Fighting Form. Breakdowns and a few dim mak and chin-na applications are covered. Iron Palm Qigong and the continued study of dit da jow – including paddings (poultices,) are covered. We also continue to work the unstoppable punch and iron claw.

• The final three hours we relax and dine at the local Indian Gaming Casino called Golden Acorn. San Diego County hosts the most amount of Indian Tribes in the Country for its size. Because I film all seminars – waivers must be signed. I teach attendees my filming, editing and producing to product (CD –MPEG-1) production techniques with my laptop. It is a fun way to creatively and practically utilize the precious time we spend together. Accommodations for laptop users are in the restaurant. When the seminar is over, all attendees get an edited CD of about 600 megs of MPEG-1 .wmv high quality as their master copy to set price, copy, sell and keep all the money!
  

For those who pass, a certificate of completion is awarded and presented on the CD. All who finish the two day course at minimum receive a certificate of attendance and a CD to market.

Remember: Seminars are $1800 per person for the two days of weekend training. Acceptance is by appointment only via phone consultation. Phone consultations are $100 for an hour interview. Prior to the phone consultation, it is advised you send in the two pages typed double spaced; one page for your resume and the other page to express why you want to attend the seminar. If accepted by letter I will invite you to participate in the phone consultation. There are no refunds for the phone consultation or seminar if accepted.
